


Think Together complies with applicable state and federal laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), regarding review and privacy of student records. None of this information is sold or rented to any third parties. Credit card information is used on a singular basis for payment of Think Together services, but it is never stored. Access to personal information is limited to employees and program volunteers who need access to this information in order to provide quality Think Together services. E-mail addresses are used to communicate with kids and their parents about Think Together programs, as well as other internal marketing features.
THINK TOGETHER REGISTRATION
Think Together uses this information to create and maintain registration records for each student registered to one of our programs. We only collect personally identifiable information that is voluntarily submitted to us. Collection of personal information for these services may include the collection of your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and/or credit card number. However, we may request such information to, among other things, allows a visitor to register online for one of our programs. Think Together does not require that visitors reveal any personally identifying information in order to access our website. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide during any registration, payment, or any other process, or if we are no longer able to verify or authorize your credit card or bank account information, your registration may be cancelled, we may refuse to honor all pending and future purchases made on such credit card accounts and/or on any online accounts associated with such credit card accounts, and you may be prohibited from using the Parent Pay Portal. You agree that you will only use credit cards belonging to you or for which you are expressly authorized to use.
THINK TOGETHER UPDATE
You represent and warrant that all information you provide, including but not limited to all information concerning your name, address, credit card number, and other identifying information of any nature will be true, complete and correct, and that you will update all information as it changes. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your Transactions. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another. Think Together reserves the right to offer refunds or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion. Similar payments are also non-transferable, in cases that involve students changing districts. Payments made through the Parent Pay Portal on Think Together’s website for services provided by Think Together are completely non-refundable.

If at any time you choose not to accept these terms and conditions of use, please do not use the Parent Pay Portal for purchase of services offered by Think Together.įor the full and complete list of policies and agreements related to your child’s participation in Think Together programs, please see the Program Enrollment Application and/or Parent-Student Handbook. By using the Parent Pay Portal after we post any changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. You should check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. We reserve the right to modify them at any time.
